Jackie and TJ have founded several companies since 2007 and have found success in the construction and insurance adjusting industries.
After significant business growth in 2019 and 2020, they began to learn about the importance and effectiveness of personality assessments. When TJ founded NTS in early 2021, using personality assessments and EOS, Jackie realized this knowledge was so impactful that it had the potential to transform the lives of countless other visionaries and founders and this is how Click was born.
Jackie and TJ have consulted for hundreds of owners and operators across various industries and enjoy the life changing benefits of helping other entrepreneurs find increased success.
TJ currently runs multiple companies and works with Culture Index™ to provide business-building tools to executives. Jackie became a Gallup StrengthsFinder™ coach in 2022 and enjoys helping executives understand their teams better and strategize for increased success.
